great question confident. since you are such a big contributing member, i'll lay out all the tricks and ways to get into the featured section:
the featured section is where our resident dj's rates as the best artists/tracks. to get their attention:
1. get some battles going in the battles section
2. post a lot in the forum and get some good feedback from other members and give feedback to others
3. make it onto the "top artist by clicks" charts by having lots of family and friends click on your tracks
4. become a moderator, by contacting me
as usual, hard work is how you get recognized. hope you have heard of the kevin liles story for inspiration, where he worked his ass off as an intern until rising the ranks at def jam:
