Sup peeps.. Ive been producing for like 6 years now and still haven't figured out how to get my songs to the majors. Well anyways a buddy of mine told me a bout the loud.com producer/rapper contest. I hate these contests because they seem so fake, but i checked it out. Its pretty nice because on the site you join a myspace like social network on loud.com and your working with the artist to make the best song. So you have a rapper and producer contest where they are helping each other out. I think if anything it will be a great networking opportunity. Its all about songs these days and not just beats is what a&r are telling me. So i encourage everyone to hop on this. Cool & Dre, Khaled, Green Lantern etc will be judging.. good luck yall.. oh yea grand prize for producers is $15,000 plus production deal and rapper is $100,000 plus record deal.. Yo after watching a Sha Money interview about this contest, i checked it out too. At first i wasnt sure bout entering, but they offering some serious rewards for the winners. And after listening to the previous winner, it seems like anyone whos hot can take it home. This contest is definately worth getting on...
